Michael C. Fascia – Managing Director
Michael is the prototypical Canadian entrepreneur. He has run
small family businesses, wholesale distribution organizations and a publicly traded company over the span of his 35
year career.
Michael's specialty is in the areas of accounting, finance and
operations. His services include corporate financing strategies and operations strategies.
Carolina
Fascia - Certified General
Accountant Carolina acquired her commerce degree from the University of
Toronto and became a CGA in 1995. Her experience is well-rounded as she has worked with a wide variety of
business entities including family businesses, private corporations and public corporations.
Carolina concentrates her efforts on providing our clients with advanced tax and accounting
strategies.
Norma Jean
Salmon - Business Manager Norma Jean has been providing business management services to
dentists and veterinarians for more than 30 years. Her experience and insight is invaluable to the team.
Her efforts are concentrated on the day-to-day management of our clients' affairs.
Robin Quigley - Chartered Accountant
Robin acquired her CA designation in 1982 and has been a practicing professional ever since. She is one of the
newer member of our team and has been a tremendous asset since day 1. She specializes in servicing our
non-healthcare clients and provides a full range of accounting services.
Frank Fascia, MBA, Certified Financial Planner Frank's area of expertise encompasses the areas of marketing,
managing growth and financial planning. His marketing and strategic planning background has spanned numerous
industries including Manufacturing, Import and Distribution and Professional Services.
Frank's efforts are concentrated on the day-to-day management of our clients' affairs.
Douglas A.T. Gray, Certified Management Accountant, MBA Doug joined the team in September of 2006. As both a CMA and MBA,
Doug brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. He has extensive experience from the manufacturing sector
where he has spent many years as a Controller. He has a passion for small business and excels at coaching
clients through the various business life cycles they encounter. Doug provides our clients with both
Accounting and Business Management services.
Sherry Clute - Accounting Manager Sherry has been with the company since its move to Barrie in
1990. She is responsible for the service quality of the data administrators and bookkeepers that report to
her. In addition to her supervisory responsibilities, Sherry is responsible for the initial preparation of
client financial statements. She, along with Norma Jean are responsbile for the day to day operations of our
Barrie office.
Bernadine
Andrady - Accounting Clerk
Bernadine has recently (October 2005) joined the Business Affairs team. She brings to the firm several years of
accounting experience in a multitude of industries and in a short time has displayed exemplary production and
service quality.
Marlaine
Ramsbottom - Reception and Office
Administration
Marlaine recently joined the team (September 2006). Her unique experience as a church adminstrator allows her to
provide our clients with an exceptional level of personalized
service.
